Top O' Woodland B&B is in a very popular historic area of Nashville. Many specialty restaurants (not the fast food joints) and pubs are within walking distance.
Top O' Woodland is just a few minutes from downtown and is really convenient to just about any place around Nashville you might want to visit. That's one of the reasons this area has become a draw and real estate values have skyrocketed in recent years.
This home/wedding venue is of the Grand Victorian style, and from the website this:
[ the home] contains twelve chandeliers, five fireplaces, all original chestnut & tiger oak wood work, high ceilings, turret, stain art glass windows, spacious wrapping front porch, a large private courtyard, koi-pond, antique carpet, original intact wall papers and period antiques.
I can attest to all this, and much more - I've never seen so many interesting knick knacks.
