Opryland Hotel Elopement Deal
Update: Just informed (12-21-11) pricing has changed! It starts at $1,000 and up.
Here's a nice Nashville elopement deal you might not know about.
The Opryland Hotel now offers a $500 Nashville elopement package which includes your room for the night. I did one of these weddings the other day for a couple at 8 am! Just happened that Winona Judd and Toby Keith were strolling around in the restaurant right next to us greeting folks and signing autographs. Wishing they had come over and sung a song for the wedding - what a treat that would of been for the couple.
You can see a photo of the small gazebo where the ceremony took place. The gazebo is located in a corner of the Garden Conservatory.
It is about as private a spot as you can get in the hotel and still be out in the gardens. Plus, they block off the pathways so people aren't strolling by during your ceremony.
One of the nice things about this wedding location choice is that you have all the beauty of an "outdoor" wedding without being outside! No need to worry about what the weather will be.
All in all, this looks to me like as good a deal as you can get for a simple wedding at a top class location for a few hundred dollars.
The person I spoke to out there the other day was Maureen Morris. She will be glad to answer any questions you have, and help you set things up. Her phone is: 615-458-1305 or email her at MMorris@gaylordhotels.com
